Join us for an Opolo wine dinner as we explore one of Paso Robles finest wine producers. The Opolo Winery is known for their focus of Old World varietals produced in California.

Guest will enjoy 5 hand selected wines paired with Executive Chef Nick Leahy’s culinary flare. The first course will begin at 6:30pm.

First Course

Blistered Green Beans, feta, mint, crème fraiche, crispy faro

Poached GA white shrimp, saffron aioli, radish, pea shoots, lemon zest

Slow roasted lamb ragu, gnocchi frito, parmesan

2013 Montagna Mare- Barbera/Sangiovese
Warm chocolate nemesis, tart cherry jam, saba, vanilla meringue
